SARSCoV2, COVID-19 and the Variants #2

Multiple Defenses against COVID

Our immune system sports more defenses against COVID-19 than just antibodies.  While the experts lose sleep over whether vaccines and antibodies will work against new strains, our amazing immune system offers more options.  Researchers at La Jolla Institute remind us that the immune system uses T Cells to target other viral structures besides the spike protein in defending our bodies against the virus.  Read the article for more information and look back at my main article on the subject of variants.
